I thought about doing another doll post today, but for some reason I was thinking "Angels." So, angels it is. We have quite a few of them scattered around our house. Here are some of them that I have photographed.
I was going to put this one last but I have a terrible time arranging pictures in the order I want them to appear. I think blogspot could do a better job of adding pictures, but I won't complain too much since it's free. This is one of the dolls I made when I was making porcelain dolls. I just decided to make an angel out of this one.
The one immediately below is one I painted at one of those pottery places where you paint the piece you pick out and they fire it for you. My daughter and I were into that for awhile when she first moved to Phoenix. We went once a week and painted bowls, platters, etc. One time I decided to paint this angel.
This one is a music box (Christmas music).
This last one has special meaning for me because it was given to me by a special lady at our church who later passed away at a young age with cancer.
I hope you have enjoyed my angel collection. To see other Show & Tell posts, visit Kelli's place. You can click at the Show & Tell icon at the beginning of this post to go there.
I like your angel collection. I think the pink angels are my favorit. I have a difficult time with my pitures also. I don't even know how to post a link with just one word. I was hoping you could show me when we come out.

The last one is my favorite. I like the bumper sticker that says: "Don't drive faster than your angel can fly". Connie
ReplyDeleteYour angels are heavenly! :)
ReplyDeleteI have just two porcelain angels my mother gave me.
Blessings,

Now, let me tell you this...I LOVE your angel collection. I love how you have the 'haloed aura' effect surrounding them all too. It's just a perfect display for us. Very enjoyable. I truly like the pink angels best...but all are super. And the last one is a treasure.
ReplyDeleteHave a great weekend. Hope you can stop by my show n tell if you have time.
I love angels! Lovely collection!
ReplyDeleteYour angels are beautiful, Charlotte! I just love the sweet one that you painted!

Oh I love your angel collection. We have angels all over our house, too. I'll have to take photos and post about them sometime.
ReplyDeleteHugs.
You have such a wide variety of angels. Each one is more precious than the one before. I especially enjoyed seeing the ring holder one!

Thank you for sharing these angels.
ReplyDeleteAs to loading pictures, load the one you want first, last. I sometimes have to go back and load one again when I meant for it to be at the top.
