More Stained Glass

I did other stained glass projects including a frame for my third grade class picture. (That's me fifth from the left in the middle row). Now that's really an "old" picture (1944).
Besides frames, I also made night lights, Christmas tree ornaments and other small projects. The stained glass in the side bar is in my laundry room. (Note the wash tub that the bird in perched on.)
Today is my first anniversary of blogging. I started one week ago today. It's been fun.

Show & Tell

I'm not sure how this Show & Tell thing works. But I'm going to try it. I want to share this stained glass window panel I made for my kitchen.

Stained Glass

I decided to take a break from the dolls and talk about something else today. Stained glass became my hobby after we moved to Scottsdale. We had narrow sidelights by our front door and thought stained glass would look good there. I had a lady come out and give an estimate for several areas. Too much money. We couldn't afford it. So, I decided to take a class and learn how to do it myself. It was almost as much fun as doll making. I made the valance over the window a couple of years ago to replace the outdated ones I had made a few years earlier.
