I know, there are still a lot of people who have been blogging for years and they haven't slowed down. I was glad to receive comments from some of them.
Now what? I said I had no idea what I was going to say, and it seems I really don't have anything to say on this subject. Why did I want to post something? I guess it was because I just made a new header for this blog and realized it has been too long since my last post. So, for better or for worse, here it is. A new post.
When I typed the title to this blog, the scripture came to mind which says there is a season for everything. There is even a song about it which has always been one of my favorite songs. The scripture doesn't say there is a time to blog and a time to not blog, but I guess it is still true. So for me ― today is a time to blog. Thank you for taking the time to read my ramblings on the subject.

ReplyDeleteI can't blog every day either. Just not enough ideas or enough time. When I do think of a subject idea, I jot it down. Then when I am at a loss for a topic I go to my list. Works for me!!
ReplyDeleteI too have slowed down considerably. I enjoy subscribing to a few favorite blogs and just read them, seldom ever do comments anymore, unless someone else does first. I just became overwhelmed by all the "big bloggers" and the money makers, etc., and wasn't up to joining them at this stage of my life. I do a little on Facebook, but it's really too public for me. I also enjoy Pinterest - no pressure there!
ReplyDeleteMy grandson is getting married next month and I've been posting things for my out-of-town friends and family to see. This excitement has kept me busy! I do like to do a tablescape about once a month on Kathleen's Challenge.

Charlotte, I love how you are always changing things up a bit from time to time. I love that you and Clif are life long learners and not afraid of the internet and new tools to communicate.
ReplyDeleteI've been blogging since 2007! Lately I've been in a schedule of writing posts Monday, Wednesday and Friday. Occasionally I will post something on the weekend and link up with your Spiritual Sundays. I'm still in this blogging and don't plan on getting out any time soon. I love to write and encourage others.
